How do I access my scheduled Video or Phone Reading?
Upon completing your checkout, you will immediately receive a secure, encrypted link via email. At the exact time of your appointment, simply click that link to be connected to the secure chat room, VoIP phone bridge, or video suite within your browser.
What if the practitioner is late or misses the session?
Our practitioners are held to strict professional standards. If a practitioner fails to connect within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, our automated system will flag the session and immediately issue a 100% refund of your cart total.
Billing & Refunds
What is the "5-Minute Energy Guarantee"?
If you or the practitioner feel that your energies are not aligning, either party can end the session within the first 5 minutes. If this happens, you will not be charged. This ensures that you only pay for readings that are authentically connected.
Can I record my session?
Yes. During Video or Phone sessions, you will see a "Record Session" toggle. If activated, a secure MP4 or MP3 file will be sent to your dashboard after the reading concludes. Practitioners cannot record sessions without your explicit click-consent.
