Platform Usage & Comprehensive Legal Agreements

Welcome to Psychic Guide. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or purchasing any spiritual, intuitive, or astrological services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully, as it constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client") and Psychic Guide ("Company", "We", "Us").

1. The Nature of the Marketplace

Psychic Guide operates strictly as a digital marketplace and communication infrastructure. We provide the encrypted technology (video, audio, and chat routing) that connects clients seeking spiritual guidance with independent, freelance esoteric practitioners ("Practitioners").

Independent Contractor Status: Practitioners are not employees, agents, or representatives of Psychic Guide. While we subject all applicants to a rigorous ethical and competency vetting process, we do not monitor live sessions, nor do we dictate the specific methodologies, metaphysical tools, or spiritual outcomes of any reading. Psychic Guide claims no liability for the actions, promises, statements, or guidance provided by Practitioners.

2. User Eligibility & Account Security

To register an account and utilize any paid or free services on Psychic Guide, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Psychic Guide Support immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Psychic Guide will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Financial Policies, Billing & Chargebacks

• Flat-Rate Billing: Unlike predatory per-minute platforms, Psychic Guide operates on a transparent Flat-Rate system. When you initiate a transaction via Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you will be billed the exact amount displayed at checkout before the session begins.
• Currency Conversion: All transactions are securely processed in USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your regional IP routing. Temporary banking hold fees or international conversion fees levied by your personal banking institution are outside the jurisdiction of Psychic Guide.
• Chargebacks & Fraud: Attempting to weaponize bank chargebacks after receiving and consuming a spiritual service is considered "Friendly Fraud". We vigorously dispute fraudulent chargebacks using encrypted session metadata and IP tracking. Any account initiating a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from the network.

4. The 5-Minute Guarantee & Refund Arbitration

Due to the irreversible, energetic, and time-consuming nature of spiritual consultations, services are inherently non-refundable once completed. However, we employ a strict 5-Minute Guarantee:

If either the Client or the Practitioner feels that their energetic fields are incompatible, either party may disconnect the session within the first five (5) chronological minutes. Upon a sub-5-minute disconnection, our automated arbitration system will instantly halt the financial payload and issue a 100% refund of the session cost to your native payment method.

Refunds requested after a session has been fully executed based strictly on a client "not liking" the news or predictions delivered will be immediately dismissed.

5. Prohibited User Conduct

To maintain a safe, clinical, and spiritually hygienic environment, you agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Harass, threaten, extort, or verbally abuse any Practitioner or member of the Support staff.
• Request manifestations, rituals, or readings intended to cause physical harm, manipulate the free will of an unconsenting third party, or perform "black magick" bindings.
• Attempt to bypass the Psychic Guide billing system by requesting a Practitioner's personal contact information or offering off-platform payments.
• Utilize automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to extract sensitive user data or proprietary astrological algorithms from our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psychic Guide (and its executives, shareholders, and active developers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, emotional stability, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to, use of, or inability to access the platform.
2. Any conduct, insight, or content provided by an Independent Practitioner.
3. Unauthorized access or alteration of your encrypted session transmissions.

In no event shall Psychic Guide's aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid directly to the platform in the three (3) months preceding the specific event giving rise to the claim.

7. Updates to the Terms

Psychic Guide reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
