At Psychic Guide, we believe that true spiritual healing requires a foundation of absolute trust and absolute privacy. This Privacy Policy details the extensive measures we take to protect your personal information, session details, and payment data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Data Collection & End-to-End Encryption
Every keystroke you type in our Chat interface, and every packet of audio or video data transmitted during a live session, is secured using military-grade TLS 1.3 encryption. We do not monitor, actively listen to, or algorithmically scan the contents of your private readings.
Session Logs & Retention
- Chat Logs: Textual chat logs are stored temporarily on our highly encrypted servers to allow you to review the guidance you received. After 30 days, these logs are permanently destroyed in an unrecoverable "hard wipe".
- Audio/Video Recordings: We never record Audio or Video sessions by default. Recordings only take place if you, the client, explicitly initiate the recording function. If recorded, the file is deposited exclusively into your personal dashboard and deleted from our active streaming servers within 24 hours.
Anonymized Analytics & Cookies
Like all modern platforms, we utilize non-intrusive cookies to keep you safely logged in and to remember your local currency preferences (via our IP-based conversion tool). We use anonymous analytics purely to ensure the website runs fast and error-free. We will never sell your spiritual history or identity to third-party data brokers or advertising networks under any circumstances.
